Some people wonder what it means to be a Christ centered Eucharistic Church.  Here is a short video featuring Bishop Michael Curry, Bishop of the Episcopal Diocese of North Carolina explaining the meaning of the Eucharist to him.  

 

 

 

HIGHLIGHTS

 

Worship Times

7:45 a.m. – Holy Eucharist Rite I – A quiet, traditional service.

9:00 a.m. – A more informal Eucharist, including praise and worship music lead by the Arise music team, readings from the scripture, a time for prayer, a message from one of our pastors and the Holy Communion. 

10:30 a.m. – Holy Eucharist Rite II – A classic worship service complimented by our choirs, organ and visiting guest musicians in a rich offering of musical traditions.

  9:00 a.m. – Palm Procession from Parish Hall and Contemporary Eucharist
10:30 a.m. – Palm Procession from Parish Hall and Holy Eucharist
Maundy Thursday – April 13
 7:30 p.m. – Commemoration of the foot washing in the Parish Hall, followed by the
                      Lord’s Supper and altar stripping in the Church
Good Friday  - April 14
12:00 noon – The Liturgy with Passion Narrative and Meditations
Easter Eve – April 15
  6:00 p.m. – Children’s Liturgy of Light and Family Easter Eucharist
Easter Day – April 16
  7:30 a.m. – Traditional Service with Hymns
  9:00 a.m. – Festive Contemporary Eucharist
11:00 a.m. – Festive Traditional Eucharist
